ABOUT
The Irish sword exchange workshops are designed to give affordable, to the point workshops on two different martial arts. Each workshop will be designed to give attendees a chance to experience and explore both systems under the guidance of professional instructors.

30 Minute: Introduction and warm up.
Second hour: Class one.
Thirty minute: Break.
Third hour: Class two.
